Forex Arbitrage EA allows traders to earn constant profits by acting a fast to a slow Broker. You need absolutely no experience in the Market because you simply trade the price difference between two Brokers with the also named HFT EA. Those price differences come into existence due to the Metatrader 4 Liquidity Provider or Broker Network problems. Now, if the price difference between the two Metatrader 4 Brokers is large enough to compensate the spread, an order is executed by the Expert Advisor on a Slow Broker and simultaneously an order in the opposite direction on a Fast Broker. A second option is to take a trade on only one Broker. The Arbitrage EA works as an Expert Advisor and can connect to several Brokers to trade the Currency Arbitrage for you. In this case, the Expert Advisor trades the Price Differences between the different Brokers and execute, without an order in the opposite direction. This is because, Metatrader 4 Brokers never spend the same price rates at the same time. This offers the possibility to obtain a price difference of 1-2 pips, which persist for 1-5 seconds. The Currency Arbitrage, HFT EA puts this into a trade, because he knows the prices of the future and this is what makes the Strategy riskless and consistent. The Currency Arbitrage Trading Strategy requires brokers with small spreads and a good internet connection.

Example of Forex Arbitrage is to trade the Price Difference of a fast Broker against a Slow Broker. Now, if the Latency Arbitrage, Expert Advisor or also named HFT EA recognizes a Difference in Price, it opens a Order on the slow Broker which is opened for a short time. Those trades generate 1-2 pips without a risk. In this picture, the Arbitrage EA is trade on Broker (B) as Slave and on Broker (A) as Master.

Nowadays, it is so that almost every broker with a direct market access (DMA) Straight Trough Processing (STP) Electronic Currency Network (ECN), no Dealing Desk (NDD) or PRO / DIRECT Trading accounts touts might be a market maker. This can also take the form of a partial market making configuration (that is, only 50% of customer orders will be routed to the market, while the other 50% is held as a market maker by the broker).It is by no means objectionable with such a setup to work but only in theory, and only as long as these brokers operate an ethically and morally acceptable business. However, in practice, regulators such as the NFA and the FCA have immoral practices discovered which confront the interests of customers. As a result, some so called world class brokers were that of an STP or NDD assert itself to operate business, disclosed and punished. However, itwill remainthe temptations ofbrokersexist, to refer tothe pricingand executionfor their own benefitandinfluenceto manipulate this, when you trade a Strategy. Here it does not matter which strategy it is. Be it is a Latency Arbitrage or another Trading Strategy.
