These are my notes from the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar. This is day one out of three.

DAY 1

80% of success is showing up early.

Get involved to learn more and learn faster.

If you’re not growing and learning, then you’re dying.

Eric Frady put in the work. Working 60-70 hours. Taking 17 units. Raising a family. Learning the stock market. ALL at the same time.

We get exactly what we intend.

CLARITY = POWER

We can have reasons or RESULTS.

Our conditioned mind wants survival. Wants comfort zone.

Safety is the new risky.

Everybody can start something. Not everybody can finish.

MMI is really training us for Monday. If you can’t play at level 10 in here, how can you do it out there?

Most dangerous words: “I know that.”

If you don’t live it, you don’t know it.

Finish strong!

Warrior mentality: When you say you will do something, YOU DO IT!

This weekend will be a reflection of who I am.

A warrior doesn’t care what you think.

Warren Buffett: “It’s what we know, that just hangs so, that is what is stopping us from our potential.”

The first step to change is awareness.

You are not set up to succeed in this country.

Choice = financial freedom

Successful people make up their mind quickly and change it slowly. Unsuccessful people make up their mind slowly and change it quickly. Shiny object syndrome.

Financial freedom: Ability to live lifestyle desired without having to work or rely on anybody else. Passive Income > Expenses.

Declaration: Statement with a lot of energy. MEAN IT! MUST feel the energy behind it. Feel those cells in your body.

Two sources of passive income: Investment income, stock market.

Stock market: Most money has been made here EVER!

Passive business income: Business working for you.

Networking marketing: Residual income. Still GOOD!

Passive income: Rental income (if you aren’t managing it), franchises, vending machine, storage units, parking lots, ATM, licensing (EVERYTHING can be licensed), software, laundry mat, etc…

Everybody has something in them that the world needs.

If you have a gift or light inside you and you’re keeping it in, you are creating more suffering.

Stop spending for yourself. Spend ON you. Invest in yourself.

Get rid of cable, etc…

Systemize your business so it runs without you. Create multiple streams of passive income.

We are created to DO things.

You teach what you need.

Millionaires are better at managing their money, not necessarily smarter.

What you focus on expands.

Focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want.

Habit of managing. More important than paying off debt.

Credit cards are a tool. Use it to your advantage.

Success is a learnable skill. Business is a teachable skill.

Knowledge is power ONLY if you use it.

You think education is expensive? Try ignorance.

Network marketing is a good place to start.

If you can’t live on 55% necessities, simplify your life. Earn more or live on less.

Choose immediate gratification or financial freedom.

Play jar: Feed your inner spirit and fun.

Give jar: Give time and clothes. Help out people around the world.

Children earning commission. No allowance.

Commission: Pulling weeds, dishes, etc. Can’t be things they are supposed to do (brush teeth, etc…)

Don’t take their money away that they earn.

When you manage money, you have money.

Universal principle management: If you can’t manage what you have, you won’t be given more.

Manage what you have and you WILL get more.

Primary reason to work: Earn the money to invest to WIN the money game.

Passive income pays for your entire lifestyle.

Your major job: Manage and invest money WHEN financially free.

COMMIT: 30 min per day to learn about investments, creating passive income business streams.

Declarations are POWERFUL.

Create business to SELL it. Then create more. Smaller businesses first.

People are scared. Stuck in bad habits. Don’t know what they’re doing.

Creatures of habit: Doing, not doing.

Warrior willing to do whatever it takes (WIT) to get the job done.

Key to success is to RAISE your energy. People will be naturally attracted to you.

Most people don’t reach their potential. Most people are unconscious.

Don’t compare yourself to others. You don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors.

Work on the roots. What you can’t see is more important than what you can see.

4 Quadrants: Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical

Lack of money is NEVER the problem.

The only way to change the outer world is to change the inner world.

We all have blueprints imprinted in our mind.

EVERYTHING is a part of the process of manifestation: thoughts -> feelings -> actions -> results

Thoughts and feelings are the inner. Results are the outer. Action is the bridge between the inner and outer.

Blueprint stays with you for the rest of your life. Learn to change it.

Articulate things out.

Beliefs are thoughts held to be true. Beliefs are strong opinions at best.

Your perspective is based on your past. We are all wearing different colored sunglasses.

Beliefs: Either empowering or disempowering.

Our conclusions are illusions. Your beliefs will become self-fulfilling prophecies.

Warren Buffet: “The chains of habit are too light to be felt, until they are too strong to be broken.”

First roots, then fruits.

Rich people are good investors.

Time vs. ROI.

People learn to work for money. Not to let money work for them.

The truth will set you free, but first it’ll piss you off.

By the time you hear about it, it’s too late. HERD mentality.

Do something fearful, be the leader.

If you can create several passive income streams, you can become financially free.

Steps to change: Awareness, understanding.

Best way to teach kids is by modeling. Being an example. They don’t follow what you say, they follow what you DO. Monkey see, monkey do.

An apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

If you have anger connected to money then you will get more anger when more money comes.

You want to make money based on purpose and joy.

Usually during childhood, incident happens, and you come to conclusion about how things work. Strengthens it to your subconscious.

Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.

You can be right or you can be rich and happy.

Being right is keeping your stories.

Happiness comes and goes. Joy you can keep.

You are afraid it WILL work. That would mean new friends, new behavior. People want to stay in comfort zone.

It is easier to do things right the first time.
