I highly recommend taking this quiz. It gave me some great insight into the weight loss problems I was having. I was also blown away by the fact that one of the main ab exercises I did was actually doing harm to my body because of the way I’m built.

The two met when Vegher was helping Bramlett’s wife recover from an emergency C-section. Apparently, this caused her core muscles to become inactive, and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t lose her post-baby weight.

In the 0-6 Pack Abs digital package is a set of “Phase One” videos for level one, two, three, and four fitness levels. There are videos that explain each movement, and complete follow-along routines.

The videos are really professional and well executed. Everything is very clear and I don’t feel like I’m rushing from one movement to the next.

There are also PDFs for every video, which I found very helpful and clarifying. But my favorite edition is the MP3, which allows me to do the workouts at the gym without being embarrassed.

The workouts only take about 2-8 minutes, three days a week.

So you can work through the levels to reactivate your core after an injury. The process was simple and I stayed motivated watching the fast results. I really appreciated how they start you out easy.

What many workout programs don’t get is that a lot of people have injuries that don’t allow intense movement right out the bat. 0-6 Pack Abs gets that.
