Yes, anxiety and nervousness are caused by ineffective mindsets (thinking, perceptions, beliefs). If you perceive women as being intimidating, difficult, out of your reach, hard to impress, bitchy, cold, etc – you will LOOK for ANY signs of that when interacting with a woman. Even when a woman is just being NORMAL, you will often misinterpret things she says or does as meaning that is isn’t interested in talking to you. Then, your mindsets set in even deeper that women are out of your reach, bitchy, cold, etc. It’s a negative cycle and the only way out of it is to go through a positive cycle. You need to go through a mental transformation about women and your value to them.

Yes, we never recommend practicing our techniques in the work environment for two main reasons:
1. Male co-workers/colleagues get jealous.
They complain to supervisors/managers…and if the supervisors aren’t getting laid in their personal life, they will often be envious of you also. There’s nothing wrong with getting the women attracted, but just take it easy with escalating. Personally, I avoided escalating in the work environment when I discovered The Flow techniques because I got promoted into a management position around the same time. (That’s one of the other benefits of learning our techniques – you become a confident, respect alpha male and naturally, you then get promoted or given more responsibility in your job).
2. If/when you break up, things can turn ugly/the woman can cause problems for you.

Thank you so much Dan!!! Today i decided to go out, and use what was talked about in Alpha Male Power. And when i did, I got to talk to 3 very beautiful women, that i personally consider very attractive, 8/10 in my book. Also one of them was considered THE very hottest girl in my high school a couple years back, and i got her number, i got to hold her, all in the store she was working at!!! Infront of her manager!! Oh my god its impossible to approach women! I walk around the mall for hours on end trying to do it day after day but never doing it. I know everything about attracting women and what to say and do but I still can’t do it. I’m so f**king sick of this I’m a great looking guy better looking than 99% of dudes I see, I have a great lifestyle, I’m a fantastic friend and I have good intentions, anybody would be lucky to date me. Lol…you say you know everything about attracting women, but I don’t see any record of you learning from us. Don’t assume you know what you’re talking about if you’ve been learning from random sites online. Most of them are run by amateurs who haven’t tested their advice, by people who SAY they are good with women, but are not or by salespeople who are just trying to make money. This is what we went through to release just ONE of our products Our advice is tested for YEARS before it is released. BTW: You need to watch this: The first guy I coach is very similar to you. He knows what to do, but has been able to do it. Like Im a good guy, I can do this, I’m confident etc I do use that type of thinking from time to time but honestly I know I can’t do it and that I’m not confident it doesn’t hold any water lol I know its untrue. It’s definitely not just “positive thinking”…if that worked, no guy would have confidence issues. Positive thinking is the first obvious answer people come up with for this problem. The solution we provide (explained in Dating Power and Coaching Call Breakthroughs) does involve positive thinking, but there is a 3 STEP PROCESS that also has to go with it. Just positive thinking on its own will NEVER work. You have to go through a specific process to break away from the type of thinking that is causing your nervousness, anxiety and fear. If you don’t properly get over that type of thinking and leave it behind, you’ll be going around in circles for life; you’ll be able to feel confident in some situations (e.g. work, with friends, etc), but not in all situations and you’ll never be able to work out why.

I’m tempted to read your book but even if it is packed with the best advice in the universe I still won’t be able to approach women. I’m one of those people who reads and reads but never does anything. I know its going to be a long drawn out painful process improving my confidence I’m so far away. Most guys who can read a book and then act on it are the guys who have already got most of their shit together and are just looking for a leg up. I’m someone who doesn’t even like using a telephone, asking for directions, or making eye contact with strangers I spend most of time alone in doors its the only place I feel comfortable and I don’t have any friends. I’m starting from scratch with everything in my life its such a mountain to climb! I so badly want a change but theres so much fear.

Actually, the majority of visitors here are from the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Only about 5% of visitors come from Australia. Why on Earth wouldn’t this stuff work in Canada? Lol. The thing is Roger – attraction is attraction, confidence is confidence, alpha is alpha. Doesn’t matter where you are. Likewise, it’s got nothing to do with race either. Humans are humans, no matter where they are born on the planet. You need to stop thinking that there is a difference between humans because we live in different countries. We all come from the same human family. Culture is only superficial and always passes with time (e.g. the gentleman of the 1920s, Japanese samurais, vikings, etc) – it is not the foundation upon which attraction occurs, so don’t base your understanding of attraction/women/dating on the superficial culture. Fundamental breeding mechanisms are controlled by instinct and women are instinctively attracted to alpha males, no matter where on the planet they are. Alpha males from other countries go to Canada every day and have sex with Canadian women, just like Canadian alphas go to other countries and attract the women there.
About your ex-girlfriend: If she turned you into an effeminate man, then you definitely set the roles of the relationship incorrectly. When you set a relationship correctly, your woman makes you feel like even more of a man and you make her feel like more of a girly girl. She chases you for sex, orgasms 10x easier, loves you deeper and feels a deeper attraction and respect for you. If she’s “the man” then it is difficult for her to “open up” (mentally and emotionally) and allow herself to be penetrated (body and mind) by a man that has the mental masculinity of a boy.

Dan, the problem I have is that whenever I approach or talk to women i know, and when I make eye contact, I freeze. My whole body starts quivering as if I am having a seizure. My neck starts shivering. If i am holding something in my hand, for example a cup of coffee, that starts shivering as well. I become short of breath, as if I am having a heart attack. It is hugely embarrassing for me, as well as awkward for the girl. Also,I can never maintain eye contact. I always pull away and show nervousness and “gulp.” I just want to tear away from the situation and run away.

Wow, it sounds like you have a serious case of social anxiety, especially when it comes to women.
Here’s the thing…
Your anxiety is created by your thinking (otherwise known as “mindsets”). It’s not something that has to exist – it only exists if you make it happen. When you think like an omega male (low ranking male), you will experience fear, nervousness and anxiety around women. When you think like an alpha male, anxiety, nervousness and fear simply doesn’t come up/exist…it becomes irrelevant and unnecessary. The short answer is that you need to change your thinking, because it’s killing you! The long answer (along with specific instructions) is explained in the program.

Usually when I’m in a social group, be it friends or whatever, I always seem to be and feel ‘bottom of the pack’ as in seem to be the main receiver of jokes and banter and just don’t seem to get as much respect as everyone else and find it harder to interact with more popular people. Would this product help me with that?
Secondly, I’m starting University/College in September and something holding me back a bit is that It’s in a small city where you see a lot of familiar faces and get to know a lot of people so I’m a bit anxious about approaching there in case it doesn’t go well and end up bumping into the girl(s) again lol. I’ve been in a huge dilemma in my life for as long as I can remember and could do with your advice towards how Alpha Male Power could help out.
I am at the least an omega male. When I’m trying to socialise with my group of mates, I sometimes either get my comments ignored for a more socially respected member or get them ridiculed and sometimes laughed at. It is irritating at the fact that I hardly say anything worth joking for and I start to see that I’m not an important member in the group who’d be missed or even noticed if I was gone. Walking alone with any of the members usually turns awkwardly silent and I know it’s because, from experience and mindset, I don’t feel there’s anything to say that would keep them interested. This alone happens to my group of mates, all male except for one. As a result, I have very little faith in me that getting a girl’s attention will work. It doesn’t help at all especially when my own mother politely criticises at my lack of ‘social charisma’ anywhere I go.
I have tried and paid for so many other “solutions” to my problem only to have them fail miserably. I can assure you I did EVERYTHING I’ve been asked of by those programs but to no avail. Please understand why I feel sceptical about paying for your product. I know that I, like everyone else, has this alpha male power inside, I can feel it. Yes, you have to get used to this new power you have! You weren’t even finished watching program and you were already feeling more powerful and confident. From here, you simply need to practice getting into that state/connecting with your power every day until it becomes natural and automatic for you. You will find that your power and confidence grows stronger each day, as does the effect you have on women. After going through the initial transformation you’ve experienced, you will already been attracting women on a deeper level than usual. Weeks from now, you will see that women are affected/moved/aroused on an even deeper level when they interact with you, to the point where they kind of “wake up” in the moment when talking to you and have a “wow moment”, as if they’ve FINALLY met their ideal guy. You’ll notice them trying to impress you, trying desperately to keep the conversation going, etc. Then, from there, you’ll notice that you have that effect on women everywhere you go. It’s a very enjoyable power to have!
By the way, you mentioned, “I feel much more connected with everyone and I think they sense something back.” That is awesome. That’s part of what this power and presence does, especially the loving presence that I teach in the program. People feel more connected with you and feel more appreciated and noticed. Who really is the prize?
You may have heard this concept before “You as a man should act as the prize”. But how many of you actually believe it? How many guys really believe they actually are the prize on a deep level? Well…I would like to propose to you a new way of looking at things that just may enhance your believing you actually are the prize.
Let’s consider what we men find attractive about women. These include their perky breasts, their youthful and firm skin, their asses which contain as minimal fat as possible, their wrinkle-less faces, their youthful and bright eyes etc. All this combined in different proportions make up what we call beauty. The fact of life is that we men find women sexually attractive for physical reasons. Hence if a woman wants to be attractive to men, she has to either be born lucky with the right genetic make up or turn to make-up, the gym, or cosmetic surgery.
Now what do women find attractive about men. These are confidence, masculinity/manliness, dominance, leadership, ambition, status(internal status), sense of humor etc. All of which are personality and psychological traits. Sure women like to check out the pretty boys, but the fact is that the effect a pretty boy has on a woman is nothing compared to what a guy who has the above said traits has on her at a deep sexual level.
Now if we compare what women are offering to men to what men her offering to women we have physical traits(beauty and youth) against personality/psychological traits(confidence, masculinity, dominance etc). Unfortunately for women what they are have as attractive features can only depreciate as time passes by. As a woman ages the beauty, youth and looks begin to fade. Her breasts succumb to the effect of gravity and drop, her skin becomes less firm, make up becomes more of a necessity than an accessory. She lives in deathly fear of losing her looks every single day(you have never seen a soldier fight a battle harder than woman fighting another year of getting older). I have seen women go into depression as a result of losing their looks. It is that bad.
Compare this with what a man is offering to woman. Fortunately for we men things like confidence, masculinity, dominance, status, leadership etc are NOT at the mercy of time/age. In fact if a guy continues to work on developing these attractive traits he can only improve them with time and become even more attractive as he gets older. Plus guys who have these traits as part of who they are quite rare, in limited supply and hence in high demand by women. Hence women ask “where are all the men?”
So I ask you which has more value? Is it the physical beauty of a woman that is not only common everywhere but also and more importantly reduces in value as time goes by? Or is it the personality/psychological traits of a man that can only increase in value with time and is far rarer than beauty?
Well I guess you see why you as a man are indeed the PRIZE and not the woman, no matter how beautiful she is. Remember this the next time you are talking to that beautiful woman. What you have to offer her is of more value, more lasting and rarer than her beauty. Embrace your value and power as a man, stop giving away your power to a woman because of the fleeting looks and realize that she is lucky to be interacting with you cause you chose to talk to her. Amongst other beautiful women, she is the one who gets to enjoy the gift of your masculinity for the time being so she better start doing some impressing. Lol.

Yes, a lot of guys don’t realize that beautiful women are everywhere, but real men are truly the minority. That is why I say that when a guy uses the advice from Better Than a Bad Boy, women will literally feel desperate to be with him and stay with him. A lot of guys hesitate because they don’t realize how awesome it feels to walk up and talk to women they find attractive. It’s a liberating experience. Once you know that it’s okay to do that, you are suddenly in control and can choose the women you want. From there, you just need to know how to attract the women and move it forward to a phone number, kiss, date, sex and relationship. Other guys hesitate because they don’t know what to say or do to make something happen with a women they like.

it’s been a while since I made a post, but some improvements have come. Now it’s a lot easier to arrange social gatherings, and I don’t feel much fear of being rejected when doing this. More people want to come shake my hand and greet me when they see me, and when I sit down with people at gatherings or whatever it takes less energy to converse.
Perhaps the thing I have some difficulty with is finding women who share enough in common with me. There is usually enough connection to make a good conversation, but it’s hard to really connect enough for me or for them to feel like we should take it to the next level. So basically I am making more good friends than before but only once in a while finding someone all that compatible.

Yes, it sounds like the key ingredient you are missing is a sexual vibe and sexual intention. Unless you proactively create a sexual vibe between you and a woman, it will rarely happen by “magic” on its own. Most guys unknowingly put themselves in the friend zone with a woman by acting like a friend to her. Instead, you need to actively create a sexual vibe and allow both you and a woman to go there with each other. If not, she will act polite and friendly like you and nothing will happen.

Greetings Dan and everyone else on post,
Straight to the point. Dan I was once very good with women in my earlier years up to 23 years old(2003). Mostly it was due to the type of men I was surrounded by then which gave me a natural and authentic bad boy edge: Pimps, Macks, Street hustlers, and gang members. By that time I slept with 143 women, and no dates every existed, just meet, mingle exchange numbers and be banging her in the same day or few days depending on logistics.
I agree and know from person experience that being and Alpha Male, Seeing yourself as the Prize, and
having Raw Masculinity are very vital elements to be
successful with women which most “pickup artist”
now days fail to understand and keep preaching the same old corny sh*t, lame complex and hard to remember theories, and just plain rehashed bulls**t with a new name. In my opion they are just good marketers who analyzed from the outside in men who are really good with women and try to make it a harder than it really is science, because they fail to see the root mechanisims inside that man that allows him to be successful.
I made a career choice back in 2003 to drive trucks over the road. Fastforward to now 2012 I’m about to exit the over road truck driving and get stationed locally and jump back into the dating and seduction realm again full fledged.
But I have bigger and new agendas now. I only want to meet, date very high class, eloquent, classy, beautiful women who have more value and assets to add into my life besides just being cute, nice breasts, nice smile, cool personalities…been there done that. I’m going after the big leagues now, and will not tolerate less.
The thing is I need to get my mojo back, and I want to
learn how to get these women “consistently”.

However I have a few questions.

*I like things to be simple, Natural and to the point. Using your systems will I have to remeber alot of complicated techniques(which sound great while learning at home)
but are hard to remember and get you stuck in your
head when it actually counts(live face to face with

I know your systems are a little expensive in price and want to just make sure ahead of time that this is a wise investment for both products because from my travels to other countries..I’ve noticed that women are a hell of alot easier to meet, seduce versus here in the U.S. and I want to make sure my A-game is up to par. So I
don’t mind making that investment as long as the products are dynamic(which I sense they may be) and not just something I can learn from google, or watching those corny/lame “pickup artist”
Also, I believe in leaving excellent testemonials, so I will take it a step further than just writing a post..and show live video footage of me utlizing what I learned with real women as proof that you and your systems are the real deal(but I will not disclose the secrets or lessons)

Well, you sound like a cool guy.
…and yes, I totally agree with you about the state of this industry these days. Most people pushing advice out there are NOT successful with women. Do a search in Google for the “guru’s” name and then type in “girlfriend” into Google and you will usually see that he only hooks up with ugly women. One of the biggest guys in the industry married a fairly ugly woman, after selling DVD sets to guys for years talking about how to pick up attractive women. So lame…!
As for me, I don’t hide the fact that I’ve been with and continue to be with hot women (photos). I talk the talk AND walk the walk. This is what I do…and I love it.
As for the lasting confidence you want to learn about and experience from now on. It comes from deeper things that just mindsets (as you acknowledged though – it’s not something I’ll teach here in a comment – thanks for mentioning that). The truth is, most advice on affirmations is incorrect because simply saying affirmations on their own, is only ONE step in a THREE step process for building and maintaining true confidence with affirmations and positive mindsets.
As for classy women who are high value. Yes, those women need a guy who can offer more than just a funny line or a bit of interesting conversation. I’ve read basically all of your articles, aswell as some not-modern-man-stuff, so I do have a decent amount of knowledge.
What I wonder thou is when you HAVE sparked attraction (this is a girl that I am around all of the time, as we go to the same classes and live at the same campus aswell. and she is hot) do I still keep on pushing her away from time to time (a little bit of rejecting her), so as to not become monotone and too predictable?
Should I STILL push-away regularly, even after first stages of attraction (I feel like push-away’ish moves are great for sparking attraction and making you seem like you have alternatives – and she is the one trying to qualify).
I.e, do you recommend I throw in a little bit of this every time that we cuddle up? Or should it be more rarely?
Does the push-away move keep being useful troughout all the stages of getting the girl, even later on in the relationship?
I have been thinking about getting your product ”the modern relationship”. Does this also contain the creating attraction basics? (just in case I might have missed something).

This highlights the problem with guys learning from experts like us AND from amateur sites at the same time. Unlike The Modern Man, the 1,000s of amateur “dating advice” sites out there have NOT gone through years of testing before releasing their advice. They are simply trying to make a quick buck and they’ll say whatever they can to write an ebook or fill up an audio program. Then, guys like you are the victims of their slack, reckless and immoral approach.
Listen “Anonymous,” it’s up to you how you want to approach this area of your life, but let me give you an important piece of advice: If you learn from amateurs, you will be an amateur and you’ll make the same silly mistakes they do. Have a listen to this audio clip to hear what we went through for YEARS, before recording our program Dating Power. We could have recorded our early seminars (see photos here), but we did not. We waited until we had years of long term success stories from guys (who had stayed with their girlfriends, gotten married or who had been living the “player lifestyle”) and years of being able to coach guys to success, no matter what they looked like, what nationality there were or how old.
The thing you mention about “push aways” – mate, that is not what we advise in any of our programs. Why? It is an amateur move, performed by insecure guys who are trying to trick girls into thinking they are confident and couldn’t care less. Someone like you (who, to my expert eye, lacks self-belief) needs to watch Better Than a Bad Boy, so you understand how to do things correctly from the first conversation, on dates, during sex and throughout a relationship. When you watch that program, you’ll realize that most of the sites that come up in Google are not run by real experts. If the site is run by a “guru,” type his name into Google and do a search for pictures of him and his girlfriend. You’ll find that most of these frauds talk about picking up attractive women, but in reality, only hook up with ugly or average women. What’s your opinion on going out alone at night to meet women? I’m in a new town, so I have to go out on my own, but am afraid that this might somehow hinder the advice (I have several of your products).

Thanks for your question.
It’s something you have to get used to. I recommend that guys who are starting out first try to find some friends to go out approaching with. Personally, I go out alone about 30% of the time now, especially when I just want to go out and pull a one night stand, without having to party all night with everyone. An example is the photos with me and two girls here (where I am wearing the green and white striped t-shirt and we’re out in the rain with umbrellas in one photo and in a club in another) – I went out alone that night, saw them standing at a bar together (and noticed that guys were hovering around, but too afraid to approach) so I just hit them up. They were rapt to be speaking to a confident, easy-going and (I don’t want to say this, but it’s true) cool guy. We partied for a couple of hours, then I went home with the girl in the black.
However, that’s not something I did when I was first learning. I always went approaching with a friend of mine, until I was good at it. If you don’t have many friends to go approaching with because you’re living in that new town/city you mention, the Alpha Male Power program will teach you how to walk through the world with the confidence of an alpha male and just do whatever you want to do – regardless of who is or isn’t with you. I just searched Facebook using the e-mail address you entered with your comment and can see that you are in fact a handsome dude. Yet, as you have been experiencing, being handsome does NOT guarantee you get the girls you want or even get ANY girls whatsoever. Women are looking for more important traits like confidence, masculinity, humor, ability to pass their tests, sexual vibe, sexual confidence, etc. If you don’t have that, your looks will only ever get you looked at by women.
Over the years, I’ve coached all sorts of guys in person and showed them how to approach women. Cool guys, dorky guys, overweight guys, skinny guys, guys of pretty much every nationality, etc. The one thing that has remained the same everytime was that when a guy uses The Modern Man approach to women, he gets results. It just works y’know. I remember back in the early days when I coached by 5th ever client and he arrived to course and looked like someone from “Revenge of the Nerds”. Ben from The Modern Man was there to meet another client and he laughed at the way the client had his shirt buttoned all the way up and his hair parted in the middle and said, “Come here bro” and unbutton the top two buttons, ruffled up his hair, untucked his shirt, rolled up his sleeves and said, “Right. Now you’re ready” The client was smiling ear to ear, because he needed that guidance. He needed to be shown that stuff.
Anyway, I taught him what he needed to know to have the confidence that women wanted and even I was amazed at what happened next. We did a 3 night course and he was making out with girls on the 2nd night like he had been doing it for years. At one club, he was chatting with two model-looking girls for an hour and ended up playing them off against each other, fighting for his attention. I mean, if you weren’t there to see it, it might sound unbelievable, but it happened. I saw him about 6 months later walking along a street with a hot girlfriend and we just gave each other a discreet nod as we passed each other on the sidewalk.
So, if a guy like THAT or like this can do it, it proves that looks are NOT important. Looks are irrelevant if you don’t have what women ACTUALLY want in a man. If you listen to the insecurities of guys who are hopeless with women, they’ll tell you that it’s all about looks, money, height, flashy cars, etc. However, they fail to acknowledge that pretty much EVERY time they see a hot girl, she is with a boyfriend who is NOT “good looking,” rich, etc. She is with a guy who BELIEVES in himself…which happens to be one of the most important aspects of success with women.
As for your mention of the pick up artist: I won’t comment any further about him because I don’t want to directly bad mouth anyone in the industry, but I will allow you guys to say whatever you want in the comments. For all I know, that guy could be a really good guy, but since I don’t mingle with anyone in the industry I don’t know.
About my photos: Thanks, I’m glad you appreciate that. Personally, I was shocked when I searched Google images to see some of the girlfriends of the “gurus” (do a search and see). It’s actually quite frustrating for me because there are so many unsuspecting guys out there who look up to these fraudulent gurus who TALK about picking up attractive women in their programs, but then only manage to get unattractive women. I mean, how do I get the word out and tell guys not to buy the programs of these fake gurus? I guess they’ll just have to learn the hard way; I’ve literally had 100s of customers tell me things like this, “Damnit! Why didn’t I learn from you guys to begin with? I’ve wasted the last 2 years trying to use _______’s stuff and it didn’t work. I got laid on my first (or second) approach using your methods” As Ben from The Modern Man said to me in the early days when he too realized the fraudulent behavior of these fake gurus, “Don’t worry…it will all come out in the wash one day” meaning that they will be revealed for the frauds they are.
Anyway, enough ranting. It was nice to finally get that off my chest though! I haven’t said this stuff before publicly in all the history of The Modern Man, but am glad to finally have the chance to without sounding like I’m just trying to “bad mouth the competition” so to speak.
About the product of mine that I am using when picking up women: It’s a combination of everything. So I wanted to thank you again first of all in all the work you, Ben and Stu have put into these products. They have really changed my life. I was ready for this change. Very ready.
I recently have tried your techniques and managed to get this hot girls phone number and ended up catching up with her on a Friday night. She was out with a girlfriend of hers, and 2 other guys. Long story short, by the end of the night, BOTH girls were loving me, and the 2 guys that were interested in both of them were working HARD to get any sort of attention. I couldn’t believe the power I have. Never, ever expected this sort of result. My mind sets have changed and my focus is completely different.
My questions are this:
1. Firstly, is it the best thing to be focused on how the women react to my conversation and actions? (This is the stage I am at now). Or is there a higher level that I can reach than this?
2. I’ve noticed women seem to constantly ‘test’. Within this is a lot of ignoring me or trying to make me jealous. I don’t really bite into this, and just let it be as I think this is just how women are. Am I right to think this way or is there something more that I should do or respond appropriately?

1. Yes, that is the level before mastery where you are using all the positive feedback you are getting to help your confidence continue to build. It’s a fun time of confidence building, new experiences with women and rising to new levels of awareness that others simply cannot see. The mastery level is different and I explain that in Better Than a Bad Boy. At the mastery level, your reaction to how women react causes them to feel a deep, powerful and absolutely irresistible type of attraction. If you’re enjoying the power you have now, just wait until you hit that level. It’s just awesome.
2. Yes, that is just the way women are. They HAVE TO BE like that because they need to test to see how confident and masculine a guy REALLY is. For instance, all is takes for a woman to find out that a guy lacks confidence, doubts his attractiveness and abilities with women and is less dominant than her (ALL huge turn offs) is for her to behave in a challenging way and pretend that she isn’t interested in him. Guys who are not alpha and who lack true confidence will buckle under that type of pressure and women will instantly notice it and lose interest.

1. I understand what you mean here. Especially about seeing things that other guys don’t. In fact that same night, one of the guys was working hard on my girls friend, but it was clear she was doing things to attract me, and the guy came up to me later and specifically told me he was confused and getting mixed signals because she was using him to make me jealous. I knew what was going on, but it was a waste of time to explain it to him and it would make him feel bad. I’m glad to see there is more I can strive for…very exciting.
2. I am very much having fun with this. I tell all my ‘taken’ friends (girls and guys) about this, and you can tell they are extremely envious of not being able to play with these skills. That’s ok though, they can live through me.

1. About other guys being confused about why women like you so much: Lol…welcome to my world. A couple of months ago, a new friend of mine was absolutely baffled as to why women were either “accidentally on purpose” bumping into me as they walked past, standing right next to me (and waiting for me to start a conversation) or smiling or waving at me from across the club we were partying at. The most confusing part for him was that he is a “good looking guy” and is tall and works out at the gym. I am none of that, but women were just naturally drawn to me. I said, “Dude, honestly – it would take way too long to explain. If you want, you can watch my Alpha Male Power and Better Than a Bad Boy programs and learn why women are reacting like that to me…” He watched them and since then has been laughing at how easy it is to attract and pick up women. Most guys just don’t get and WON’T get it. The stuff that you and I know Dave, is not the type of thing that guys who are good with women want to share with other guys. It’s basically kept to themselves their own lives and they usually don’t even help out their friends.
2. About telling people about learning this stuff. That is fine, as long as you’ve watched Alpha Male Power (like you have) and know how to avoid people messing with you, picking on you, etc. Guys who don’t know how to be alpha (and as such, are lower ranking males) will be picked on for revealing that they “need help with the ladies.” However, yes – I also experience what you’re saying about friends “living through me” and it’s fun. My married friends love hearing all the stories about me hooking up with new women (and seeing the bedroom photos and videos, lol…), but I make sure I don’t talk about it in front of their wives, because I don’t want to cause problems for them. I’ll only talk about “girls I’ve met” in a nice, normal way and there’ll be a few laughs from the guys because we know the rest of the story.

I love your products. I listen to them over and over again while at work. It’s better than music cause I pick up something new every time that I can relate to. Especially as I progress with my skill building.
Anyway, I had a thought that I wanted to share with you guys. I am friends with some girls who I am not attracted to and they have a natural inclination to put down or shake their heads at prettier girls who act girly. I personally love it when attractive women act girly! I never shake my head at this and want to encourage this behavior. Then I reached an epiphany:
Society, whether it is the media, evolution or otherwise, is encouraging the unnatural thoughts that have led to confusion with guys (who were like me, and as I understand yourself Dan, and Ben) about their understanding of male/female relationships. Not only is it confusing men, it is confusing women as well. They seem to think that girly women are not attractive, or perhaps the girly persona shows a lack of intelligence, and that assertive manly women are what guys want. How ridiculous!
In relation to what you guys are doing, you are doing something wonderful for guys who were/are lost or a little confused about the way things are or have evolved to. Anyone can look at it in a negative light where if more guys learn about this stuff, there will be less attractive women available. I look at it like this; the more guys know about this stuff, the more feminine women will act and compete for strong guys’ attention, which would be awesome. I think the natural evolution will win in the end, and women will continue to become more feminine and the most masculine/alpha men will come out on top. The plain women will continue to put down, and the ignorant men will have to settle. So not only are you guys doing good things for men, you are doing good things for women as well.
Anyway, I thought I would share this as you seem the type to have interest in philosophy and it is always exciting to see little epiphany’s, or different perspectives through your clients eyes.

Ben, Stu and I had a discussion in the early days about the wider contributions we would be making to the world if we really got stuck into this and followed through. We realized that not only would be achieve what you are saying, but we would reduce depression rates for men and women (many men depressed because they are suppressing their masculinity and many women their femininity), reduce rapes, reduce suicides, etc. We would also be adding more confident, capable men to the world who had the area of women under control, so they could then spend their time working on their purpose and contribution to this life instead of wasting their years away feeling lonely, insecure and bitter about their lack of success with women. Success with women is easy when you have the right information and use the right approach. From there, you can get on with enjoying women and all other areas of your life.
So yes – I definitely appreciate you saying what you have Dave. In fact, I think you’re the first person to come forward and say it, so thank you. It’s nice see that those type of things are being thought about and noticed.

Hey Dan,
I’ve bought a few of your products in the past and i’d like to thank you, Ben and Stu for giving me a solid understanding of how to attract and date women.
I have a lot of female friends on facebook. Some of which I haven’t spoke to for a while and have lost contact with, others I know from school/university which I have never spoken to before. (I’m at uni now so i know all these girls within the last 3-4 years)
Is it acceptable to send these girls a message and start going through The Flow process with them, regardless of whether or not i’ve spoken to them before?
I know how to go about attracting them and everything else, although i’m a little worried that they may find it weird that i’ve never spoke to some of them before and suddenly i send them a message saying hi ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

About hitting on random girls on Facebook: Yes, they do find it weird. I’ve asked many of my female friends and lovers about what they experience on Facebook and they pretty much all say the same thing. That being, when a random guy contacts them via Facebook they:
1. Assume he must be a friend of a friend.
2. If he’s not, most of them ignore the message or friend add request.
3. If he is, they are open to receiving the message.
4. If he starts hitting on them immediately, they get suspicious and wonder why.
5. They look at his photos and activity on his timeline to see if he’s lonely, has many real friends and if he hooks up with unattractive women (or no women). They then make a judgement about him.
6. If he is cool, has a life and has been with attractive women, they feel more open to the message.
Now, if someone like you contacts these women Jamie, they will be open to it because you know how to flirt and communicate with them properly. However, most guys fail. See: Online Dating: Does it Still Work?

Okay, after a long drawn attempt not to post a success story/stories, I have finally given into the temptation and decided to post.
Yes, I was totally hopeless before I discovered The Modern Man. I never really had a problem sparking the interest of women, women actually used to approach me on a good number of occasions(asking me for the time when they obviously had a wrist watch on, constantly stealing glances in my direction, standing a couple feet away from me for no reason at all etc). I just never knew why or how to move things forward and noticed that the times I actually engaged in conversations with the women who were interested in me, their interest would all of a sudden die off after a few minutes of conversation as I kept showcasing my lack of confidence, low self-esteem and nervousness, I could sometimes even see the look of disappointment written all over their faces. It wasn’t until a friend of mine who had actually read The Flow, offered the book to me to read that I realize what the heck I had being doing wrong all my life. I was the chief culprit in doing all the wrong things noted in The Flow that turn women off so fast you wouldn’t believe it. I deserved an award for biggest loser with women. I was so scared and terrified of women especially attractive ones, as I always saw them as these untouchable beings that I could never come close to having and I wondered how men interacted with women much less even had sex with them or even married them. I remember eavesdropping on some of my friends conversations with girls just so I could get some insight into what they were talking about or what “lines” they were using(yeah I know; pathetic). I actually thought women weren’t interested in men and that they were only just accommodating men into their lives.
Now fast forward to this present day, about 3 years after I first read The Flow. I can confidently say( at the risk of bragging) I live the sort of life guys would think only exists in movies. Why? Just about every women I interact with gets attracted to me pretty quickly. Infact, these days I virtually have to cut down the number of girls/women I interact with because it is just a given that they would be attracted to me and start looking for ways of entering into my life. I have made it a personal rule not to interact too much with my close buddies’ girlfriends as it could lead to them dumping their boyfriends for me. On one occasion I slipped and was interacting with friend’s girl at a party, she basically ignored her boyfriend(my close friend) and was all over me getting me food and drinks while I just sat down, like she was my wife. Had to leave the venue as I feared my friend could start getting really jealous. Even my own brother’s girlfriend was literally throwing herself at me, asking me to let her do my laundry(something she never does for my brother).
My whole life as it is right now is a success story. I fear no one, I walk around with the feeling that I can accomplish anything I want it life, no one intimidates me, other guys just defer to me in social situations even though am not tall or rich or the most popular guy in the world. Basically put, the world reacts to me very differently. I am only 5’6″and look 17 when am actually 24, but people who are even older than me call me “Sir” just cause of the way I talk assertively and carry myself. As for your questions:
1. It usually means they think you’re cute. That or they are simply showing you respect.
2. They are testing you. My read on the situation is that they know that YOU know that you’re “hot stuff” with women, so they are trying to mess with your confidence and bring you down a level so they don’t feel so intimidated. I explain how to respond to tests in Better Than a Bad Boy.
3. Sorry, that’s not a topic for this site because people get very emotional about their religious beliefs. Personally, I respect everyone’s religious beliefs and people can think or have faith in whatever they want. In my opinion, they are probably right in what they believe in or stand for.

I appreciate your comments mate, but like most times – you are not following the advice properly while other guys are. So, this comment of yours is quite frustrating to see. The guys leaving success stories here are the ones who follow the advice properly. If you had paid attention to the very clear instructions I give with the GIST technique (by the way, which was successfully tested out for YEARS with clients and myself before I released it in a program), you would not be saying that. Why? When you use the GIST technique, it STOPS you from feeling down, lacking confidence, etc because of what the technique involves. Obviously, I can’t reveal it here, but please do me and you a favor and use the advice properly instead making lazy comments like that. Pay attention, follow the simple instructions and stop making excuses that have no basis other than laziness.
Be a success story, not an excuse story. Do that by following the advice, not by being lazy and failing to follow the simple instructions.

Wassup. Yeah things have been going good, I am startin to feel comfort flirting. Some of these things just take time to sink in and Im beginning to integrate the programs like you said. Attracting now is a piece of cake. Connecting is gettin better.

Hey thanks man that’s what I really needed to hear. My old way of thinking still creeps in and I let it affect me too much. I have not listened to Alpha Male Power in a while, been focusing on Better than a Bad Boy so Ive got some stuff to review on that. finally I wanted to give you some feedback on the programs I got.
It has been like four months since I bought Alpha Male Power and BTABB. I needed a few days to soak up the information given to me by you but a few month to get used to the new mindsets.
I guess most guys visit this site to get help with girls, so did I. The reason for me buying your stuff was – obviously – a girl. I reflected on the programs and the more time I did spend with thinking about your advice, the better it got for me.
I am doing better with all the people around me since, not just girls. It is pretty cool to see how people respond to your behavior when you start changing it.
A few weeks ago I watched a movie called “Crazy, Stupid, Love” starring Ryan Gosling. I guess you have to feel like his character, aren’t you Dan?
To all the guys out there who are still thinking about getting one of the products: consider the money you spend on the program(s) as an investment in yourself. I did! Trust me, it will improve your life!

About the movie: I haven’t seen it, but I think Gosling is a great actor. I tend to not like “dating comedy” type movies because, to me, they are more annoying than entertaining because I know that most guys watch Hollywood movies and see how women behave and think that is what women are like in real life. One of the main reasons for guys being so afraid to approach and date women these days, is those damned romantic/dating comedy movies with all the rejection, super nice guy characters, etc. Modern men see women slapping guys and tipping a drink over the head of a guy who approaches them and asks them out and they think that is what will happen in the REAL world. They fail to make the distinction between entertainment and education and don’t realize that if everything went smoothly without any shocking DRAMA in Hollywood movies, no one would watch them.
In all my years approaching women and coaching guys to approach women, I’ve never seen a woman slap a man or tip a drink over his head for approaching, trying to kiss her, etc. However, if I turn on the TV tonight or go watch a “romantic comedy” I will be sure to see that kind of thing.

I purchased your alpha male program a couple of months ago. I gotta say, I was blown away with the material you presented! I learned so many elements of being an alpha male that I never would have thought of myself. I have much success in social situations since studying your program. I used a great deal of your material and I was blown away on how well it worked. It wasn’t just the way the girls were really interested and attracted to me that I enjoyed, but it was also that respect that I was given from the guys around me. I could see that they respected me and knew that I was alpha.
Right now though, I am in a bit of a dilemma and I was wondering if you could offer me a solution to the problem. I recently got promoted at work, which is great and I’m still very happy about it. However,there is another colleague who I work with that has been getting on my nerves. He’s the kind of alpha male that is more of a bully and who doesn’t like empowering people, but instead tends to put others down. He’s constantly insulting and taking shots at me, and I know that it shouldn’t affect me but I’m having a hard time getting this guy out of my head. I guess my question is how do you handle people who have the napoleonic mindset of trying to control everything and everyone?

It’s funny how you mentioned your recent promotion at work. I’ve lost count now how many times a customer of The Modern Man has contacted us with a success story about women, but also happened to mention how he’s also been promoted at work or landed a great new job, or made a bunch of great new friends. It’s these types of side benefits that most guys don’t realize they will experience when they improve their confidence, social skills and understanding of women. So, THANK YOU for pointing out those other things in addition to your improved success with women.
About your question: You need to respond how I explain and demonstrate in the program. Do you remember the part where I gave demonstrations on how to respond to guys trying to pick on you? Do that and he’ll give up trying to mess with you. However, if his taunts and insults are way over the top and very frequent, you need to pull him aside and find out why he behaves like that. Ask him, “Hey Bob, I want to have a quick chat about how you’ve been talking to me lately. There have been many incidences where you’ve [done this, done that – fill in the blank here James] and I just want to tell you that it’s really annoying to me man. Is there any reason you’re directing that stuff at me?” and then get his response. Then, let him know, “I’d rather that you and I be able to talk to each other in an easy-going way without all that other stuff, so if you could ease up on the insults that would be appreciated.” Talk in the tone I use in the program when giving similar examples and use the assertive presence that I demonstrate. Unless he’s an absolute nutcase, he will then immediately begin changing his behavior towards you and showing you respect.

I do not struggle that much with women. Not that this would not improve me. I have already read the flow and it really gives results.
But my problem is, I dont have alpha power. Like when Im with my friends, Im not the one to lead a conversation or say, “alright lets go guys”. I just dont have that effect.
And also, my confidence goes up and down. I dont go out that much, but when I do, I hook up with a girl. The next day I feel so confident and unstopable. After a while, this feeling goes away and I am not as confident.
Thats why this sounded so great and something I crave for! What is your oppinion? I am just asking if it is worth because I am a student on a tight budget.

Mate, if you look out there on the web you will find that most people (who are not experts, not happy in their own relationship and are just making up stuff as they go along) will say that you need to be more loving, affectionate, etc. It’s not the answer. What I teach in Better Than a Bad Boy is how to penetrate your woman body AND mind, not just body. You don’t need to do any weird “new age” stuff like eye-gazing for hours, etc. It’s much more simple than that. What I teach is how to be a man throughout the relationship, so when you get to the bedroom, the foreplay has already been taking place and it feels right for both of you to engage fully in the sex.
Essentially, your woman wants to be able to open herself up (body and mind) and be penetrated by you. How do you make that happen and how do you actually do it when she’s open? That’s what I teach in the program.

I’m 19, had a rocky childhood – my parents kind of neglected me and so basically I have very low self-esteem; my father always called me a piece of s*** and I grew up with that in my mind, which just made me feel inadequate as a person overall and created all sorts of social problems for me.It hurts me inside when I see girls I really like but can’t talk to them because of this.

Reading your comment brings back some memories for me. I can relate to you a bit about how your father treated you. I also got told that I would most-likely amount to nothing, that I was hopeless and a few times when I said what I wanted to achieve in life, I would get laughed at by my dad. Hearing that and then seeing how the parents of my friends would interact with them (in such a loving and supportive way), certainly didn’t make me happy about being around my family. However, when I grew up and had time to think about things, I realized that parents “learn on the job” so to speak and their ability to be a loving, supportive, empowering parent comes down to their level of emotional intelligence, social intelligence and personal insecurities. A parent may love you, but due to their own personal insecurities and lack of emotional intelligence, they make strike out at you with words such as your father used to describe you. Fathers like that actually need their children to love them and make THEM feel better because they don’t feel emotionally full as a person. When I learnt that and approached my relationship with my father with that wisdom, the relationship became so much more relaxed and positive.
Anyway, enough about that stuff. Yes, you will find that as you watch Alpha Male Power, a lot of your hurt will begin to fade away because it will become unnecessary to hold on to it. You will learn how to think like a forward-moving alpha male who doesn’t hide back in fear and who doesn’t use past experiences as a reason to sulk and feel down. A true alpha male uses his “alpha male power” to push through the obstacles of life and breakthrough to achievement. In terms of your current reluctance to approach girls you like, I also include my tested method for overcoming approach anxiety, which when used, will begin to eliminate your approach anxiety. I am trying to become more alpha at work. There are times when the manager is not there and I am assuming the alpha role. There are also times when I am trying to do that and there are other employees who are there trying do to the same thing that I am.

Wow ok, firstly thanks for the response mate. Just want to know, will this help me achieve the same results the programme was designed for, WITHOUT me having to fix my relationship with my father (I really don’t like the guy); I believe that no-one deserves to have their childhood filled with fear and inadequacy, and that’s whats happened to me. I just had an interesting experience and I’d like some advice.
Background:
I’ve been friends with a woman for a few years. She has a boyfriend and they’re pretty serious. No problem. I’m happy for her and don’t want her. I also realize that their relationship is higher priority than our friendship.
I went to see them both at an outdoor show today and in the conversation I had the following exchange with her:
Me: “Hey, I still like your hair cut like that. Every time I see it I think it looks good.”
Her: “I might get it cut really short.”
Me: “No. Really?”
Her: “Yeah. You’ve never seen me with it really short have you?”
Me: “No. Oh yeah, I forgot, it’s ME who likes long dark hair. You know, something to hold on to.”
At this point her boyfriend said, “Hey. That’s enough of that!” I just glanced at him and laughed and he repeated himself, so I turned and said, “Yeah, sure. No problem.” Then I changed topics and continued my conversation.
He is obviously insecure, and also an alpha (but not a great one). He clearly thought I was flirting with her or being inappropriate. I was just kidding around with my friend.
I came away with some mixed feelings. I didn’t like being talked to like a kid and being told what I could and couldn’t do. I didn’t like the underlying threat and I didn’t like being accused of doing something wrong.
Now, getting in a pi_ing contest with this guy would be stupid. Plus he would probably throw a punch. Afterward, I was wondering what I could have done differently.
I thought about saying, “You really love her don’t you. I wasn’t hitting on your girl if that’s what you think.”
I don’t want to back down to every moron who casts a challenge my way, but if I’m in the wrong, or need to step off then I can do that.
Advice? Interacting with other alpha’s and encountering the alpha challenge is new to me and I’m still learning how to navigate that. What are your thoughts Dan?

As long as you genuinely weren’t trying to flirt with her to create a situation where she wanted to be with you, then you could have genuinely replied with, “Haha, no probs man. I’m not flirting with your girlfriend. I’m just messing around. You guys have a great relationship and we are just friends.” You would smile and genuinely be light-hearted and easy-going about it, because you having nothing to hide and are just chatting freely with your female friend.
It’s not “backing down” to a guy if you don’t hit on his girlfriend or fight him over his girlfriend. It’s just being a respectful, loyal and emotionally mature friend. However, that said – I never flirt with my friend’s girlfriends or wives because it’s just not appropriate. I have a friendly flirt with them (i.e. friendly teasing and joking around), but not a sexual flirt (i.e. flirting that is dominant with consistent, sexual undertones). If I were to hit on the women of my friends, it would cause all sorts of problems for everyone because the women would feel attraction and the guys would notice.
…and that is what it seems happened for you. He could tell that she was feeling some attraction for you and since he isn’t that confident in himself, it got to him.
BTW: The style of alpha male that we teach about here at The Modern Man is about being real, honest, authentic, but also going after what you really want in life without fear. Yo Dan,
I’ve been having this problem for years now where on some days I feel fearful, anxious, less confident and getting really affected by little things or criticism from people – the nice gut mode pretty much; on other days I feel fearless, not caring what anyone says, pretty confident, but an angry type of confidence (lol, I don’t know how to explain this), but in social situations I do end up making trouble and such, sometimes even insulting women and being overly-aggressive during interactions – the badboy mode I guess.
After having some time to think about my past and myself, what confuses me is the oscillation between the two emotional states (the nice guy and badboy – note: they switch around after a couple of months, due to what, I don’t know); I know these are both unhealthy states – probably has been caused by my shitty bringing up and past experiences.
So Dan, I really want to sort this issue out once and for all, will this programme help me get to a, let’s say happy-medium state?
Also in the video it said you teach how to have control of the emotional state – are you reffering to the kind of states in my case?
